This service is perfect for couples who have planned their wedding themselves but want someone to take over the details and bring everything together on the day. We’ll start with a handover meeting a few weeks before your wedding, where we’ll go through your plans, timeline and supplier information. Around a week before the wedding, we can meet at your venue to walk through the day, discuss setup and make sure all the final details are covered. On the wedding day, I’ll be there for 10–12 hours, coordinating suppliers, keeping everything running on schedule, and quietly handling any minor issues that arise, so you and your loved ones can simply enjoy the day. This service also includes the option for me to attend your wedding rehearsal if needed.
Focused wedding coordination

Focused Wedding Coordination is perfect for couples who are happy to manage most of their wedding day themselves but would love some extra support during one particularly busy part of it. We’ll have a handover meeting a few weeks before your wedding to go through your plans, timeline and the suppliers involved during my coverage. On the wedding day, I’ll join you for a dedicated 5–6-hour period — whether you need help with supplier setup and the ceremony, the transition to your reception, or another important part of the day. During those hours, I’ll manage timings, coordinate suppliers, and ensure everything flows smoothly, giving you the freedom to enjoy the moments that matter without worrying about what needs to happen next.
