Wedding day coordination

This service is perfect for a DIY couple or for a couple who has booked all the vendors and now needs someone to help the day come together beautifully. We will start with a meeting a few weeks before the wedding, so you can give me all the vendor information. Then, a week before the wedding, I would suggest meeting at the venue to talk through where you’d like vendors to set up. Finally, on the wedding day, I’ll be there all day (10-12 h) to make sure everything goes smoothly and the day is just as you imagined. This service also includes the option to attend rehearsal if needed.
Partial wedding planning
£1400
This service is perfect for a couple who has already booked their venue and maybe other major vendors, but needs help with the smaller details and to ensure everything runs smoothly on the day. This is a 6-month planning service that includes selecting the remaining vendors, building a timeline for your special day, helping with invitations, managing RSVPs, and, finally, on-the-day wedding coordination. On the day, it will include coordinating with different vendors, making sure your morning goes smoothly, is relaxing, and is filled with fun, as I’ll be the wedding point person. You will be able to relax and enjoy your day!
Full wedding planning
£3000
This service is perfect for a couple who just got engaged and need a planner to help build a vision for the event and book the venue, photographer, caterer, and other vendors. With this type of service, you can choose how involved you would like to be. If you are busy or need help making decisions, I am here to provide comprehensive planning and ensure everything fits within the budget. Or, if you would like to be more involved, think of me as your best friend who will go with you to meet with every vendor and help you choose what best fits your day. Finally, this will also include full-day wedding coordination to make sure your day is perfect!
